烧写linux到nandflash 不能启动

我用OMAPL138芯片，我按教程烧写内核和文件系统到nandflash，最好终端提示VFS: Cannot open root device "ubi0:rootfs" or unknown-block(0,0)

5 n6 S- X- B3 d8 tnand erase 0 20000
若无效，请重新制卡或烧写Linux系统到flash中
